KMP's headquarter in Eggenfelden/Germany is currently training ten young people for their later profession as industrial clerk, warehouse logistics clerk, or IT specialist in system integration. Taking the total numer of 80 employees into account, this is a high quota. In practice, this means that one or two trainees are completing their vocational training in every department.
These dual training programmes, which take about three years in Germany, are a combination of educational courses at vocational school and training on the job in a company.
KMP takes this commitment not only as a social responsibility, but also for attracting hiqhly qualified staff for tomorrow.
