KMP did Pilates

Within the framework of health promotion, interested employees were offered a Pilates course from September to November. Ten colleagues excercised according to the complete body training by Joseph Pilates with professional instruction of Michaela Aigner, trainer of the local fitness centre "TZ Therapie and Training" in Eggenfelden.

The course was positively accepted, and the originally planned six training units were extended to ten. The German health insurance "Techniker Krankenkasse" fully covered the costs for this preventative course - an additional pleasure to the participants.
