Full Functionality after Firmware-Update

Lately, HP inkjet printers didn't recognize some alternative cartridges after a firmware update. KMP immediately checked the concerned cartridge types:

• Group 1902/1903 (replacing HP970/971 incl. XL) still work perfectly after the update.
  
  
• The chips on Group 1722/1723 (replacing HP950/951 incl. XL) required some modification. As from this week (39/2016), you are delivered goods with fully functional chips. Please contact us in case you still have goods from earlier deliveries on stock.

KMP uses new chips to enable the fill-level control of the printer and thus provides the same function as the original.
