Efficient collaboration thrives on shared standards and active exchange. At KMP AG, we therefore rely on internal training – by colleagues for colleagues.
Over two days, a colleague from our team demonstrated in two groups how Microsoft Outlook can be used optimally in everyday work. Our digital whiteboard IJKOA was used for this – interactive, clear, and perfect for digital exchange.
The focus was on structured appointment management, effective task management, and practical application in everyday team life. The open exchange was particularly valuable: tips, tricks, and learning together at eye level made the training a real success.
With this approach, we not only strengthen the digital skills of our employees but, above all, promote togetherness and cooperation within the team.
